Orbio WorldReviews of orbio.world

ORBIO WORLD, you seem to keep flagging my reviews because of very, very trivial little things, but NEVER, EVER because of what I say about your fraudulent worldwide scamming and that of your companies and products. You are doing this solely to keep my reviews offline. This is causing me terrible headaches and is also a lot of extra work for all the guys at Trust Pilot. If this is going to carry on happening, then I will be forced to release a MASSIVE AMOUNT OF PROVEN information accumulated on behalf of many people that have joined forces after you've scammed us, and this information is building by the hour. Orbio World and all of your companies and those companies products plus all of the many, many, products that you have registered in the European Union and worldwide, plus court cases and much, much, much more. If this trivial flagging STOPS, then I will delete this post.

This is a scam company that uses many others companies to sell products. Their ordering system is "designed" to increase the ordered amount without a review and then charge your CC immediately. Not possible to cancel even minutes after PAYPAL advice received. Items are delivered but refund only possible by shipping to Lithuania at my cost which negates the refund. Many EMails but no resolution yet. Refund now received after three months and much work ... pity about the other victims !!

I purchased 2 translators…. Cannot complete the download so they are worthless. Had tech try to help to no avail. Both android and iPhone phones were not able to download. Definitely not a happy consumer . If someone can tell me what a fix would be or IF the supplier would refund/accept return, I would amend this review to include that resolution UPDATE….. I have been contacted by a representative from both Trustpilot and Orbio. Orbio apologized for my experience with their product and has reimbursed me for the entire amount of my purchase. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Thank you

Ongoing SPAM. Non-compliant SPAM emails, as well. Have forwarded countless examples to them, no action or commitment to stop the illegal conduct.

Purchased a Synoshi hand scrubber but was billed and sent 4 in Nov 2023. I am perplexed why this way of doing business is still happening 3 months later. Same thing is happening with other products that are owned by UAB Orbio World/ Ausica/ Ekomlita. Monday 4 March 2024 I am aware I received a full refund in Nov 2023 and obviously by issuing the refund, and not having to send the 3 extra scrubbers that I did not order to Lithuania, receiving a free gift (Haarko knife) and a voice mail from Joan Torres was acknowlegement from the company that there were issues with the ordering system. However, my issue at the moment is this- I can see that the same thing that happened to me in Nov 2023 is still happening to customers today (March 2024). I had really hoped that your ordering system had improved over the months wereby customers could check their order before they paid and then submit their order. That is obviously not happening. The same thing is happening to various other products such as Derila pillows, Huusk knives, Enence translators, Nuubu detox pads, Tvidler ear wax cleaner, Klaudena cushions. I can't comment on these products as I have not used them but I can certainly read and continually see the negative reviews that appear every day.

They do not deserve even one star, worst online purchasing experience of my life. There are many other products you could buy instead. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. First of all, the advertising was misleading claiming to offer 70% off - this was only if you purchased 4 of the items. But it got me to the page and there was a modest discount, so I went ahead. At the checkout stage they take your credit card details straight away and then go on to offer extra products at extra cost. When it got to the offers of additional cleaning head types (that I thought were included) and longer battery life I realised that this product was not something I wanted. But they had my credit card details. When I released what had happened within minutes, I contacted them to stop the order but just got automated emails and what seemed like and AI customer service rep who did nothing for me. All I got were emails saying my order was on the way when I had repeatedly contacted them to cancel it and refund me. I have scammy Synoshi many times requesting a refund for the item. So the thing arrives and I they had said I could return it – to Lituania! This company is evil. I have made a report to the ACCC and will be contacting consumer affairs. The entries in the thread that make it look like the company is getting in touch with unhappy customers is more of their automated disgraceful ‘customer service’ and from other reviews here it seems these say they will be in touch and they never do. It has been like a nightmare. Do not even think of it. UPDATE - so I got this message from shonky Snoyshi on Trust Pilot but there is no function to respond that I can see so I am posting it here along with my response after it so that you can see their auto generated time wasting approach Reply from Synoshi 2 days ago Hi Erica, Apologies for any inconvenience that you experienced. Absolute appalling scam taking/stealing /money /by inflating order Synoshi is part of the same miserable mob who have no regard for decent people and couldn't care less the problems they inflict due to the thefts.

As the rest. It’s a SCAM avoid it.. I’ve made an order which is supposed to be an item for 19.00£ and they charged me for 4 items for 88.00£. It’s unethical and illegal to deceive people like that. I emailed them and I’ll post an update if they approve my cancellation. EDIT. This company is the worst scam you can possibly find on the internet, after unethically and without my consent they withdrew the extra59£ from my account they called me asking me to delete this review and that they already has issued a refund which they absolutely didn’t TILL NOW and after that they sent the item. Edit: it’s all sorted out now and they refund me.
