I bought the knife for my personal use, but with the holiday deal ended up getting 3. I gave 2 away and my friends were thrilled to receive them. It doesn't matter if it was a rack of ribs or lettuce, the cut was smooth and effortless. The knife feels really balanced, solid and quality built. I'm looking forward to seeing how long it keeps a sharp edge and when it does need sharpening, how much effort it will take to get the edge back. So far I am pleased with the purchase!

The knife arrived in a nice sturdy reusable box. The shipping was on time and undamaged. I was impressed that the knife was as good of quality and appearance as a much more expensive knife. The knife is comfortable and cuts very well. This is a high quality sturdy knife. The knife does not flex when used, unlike a cheaper knife. The knife was sharp and ready to use right out of the box.
