The shipping was fast the confirmation and labeling was quick. The packaging came in excellent shape the boxes the knifes came in was of high quality material and looks so good. The whole unpacking of the knife's was a great experience. The knifes are gorgeous the weight balance is fantastic and what a sharp knife it really does everything the commercial shows. What a fabulous purchase I tell everyone about the Masato knifes and I am constantly showing my knifes off. I am so happy with this company. I highly recommend Masato as a Company and the product. Thank you to all that made this transaction so great.
