I returned a product and opted to receive a gift card, which I am unable to apply to a current subscription. I have emailed the company several times to resolve this and now have left a follow up voicemail (in which they tell you to get a quicker response via email) Very frustrating. If I cannot use the card on my current subscription, then kindly refund to my credit card.

I ordered the ora mask for my grandfather. After being locked up in the house for over a year, he asked me to order a good quality mask for his daily walks that he wanted to start again. I saw an advertisement on Facebook and decided to order from Ora Brands. The mask is great and comfortable. My grandfather loves this mask. I’m really glad that I ordered this mask.

I ordered a mask from ora brands after being recommended by a friend. The mask is great. The M size fits me perfectly. The nose bridge molds the mask to fit me even better. The filters are not plastic like many others I’ve used before. It is a great investment, especially in times like today.

Ora Masks are super comfortable and soft. One of the best cotton masks I’ve used in the past year. The elastic bands of the mask are adjustable and they come in different sizes. It fits my face perfectly and looks good.

Being a teenager during the pandemic, my ears had a lot of burdens to carry- from masks to headphones. The ear saver from ora brand is a lifesaver for me; I could wear a mask without hurting my ears from its elastic bands. It’s lightweight and perfect.
