OptumstoreReviews of optumstore.com

I was hesitant to order from Optumstore based on reviews. I ordered 2 bottles of a replacement product for Turmeric (the other product was discontinued), and what I ordered arrived quickly with good automated commumication. No issues whatsoever. Plus they had the best price by far for this new-to-me product.

I could choose zero star I would No customer support and no return policy Better to trust Walmart, CVS or Walgreens

called to verify their binaxnow test kit had two tests per box in the 2-pack. website wasn't specific. was told it had two tests. when i got it, it had one test per box. i was given incorrect info. by camille. called in again to speak with a supervisor about the misinformation. second phone rep., jessica, tried to appease me with free shipping. had to wait ten minutes for a response from their upper level folks. never received a response so i was told they would get back to me soon. days later, no response so called in again to check on free shipping for a second order. spoke with glenda. took ten minutes to get a reply. was offered expedited shipping for same price as standard shipping. two dollar difference. told them this was of no value as i wasn't in a hurry for my order. was told i would get free shipping for my order as soon as i placed it. order came in two days so they still provided expedited shipping instead of free shipping as i was told. have not heard anything about the free shipping. worst communication and customer service they could have provided.

Ordered my kit on 12/29/21, Fedex Priority shipping was to have it delivered by 12/31. FedEx didn't deliver until 1/7/22 (fully documented), a day after I left for Mexico. Company wouldn't refund
