Hello, I'm amazed that you have the cheek to sell such rubbish glasses. The promo video definitely does not show such cheap plastic glasses as these. I tried them. I could not adjust to suit my focus and my eyesight only barely needs glasses. The adjustment on the glasses was not fine enough to suit me. I mean the adjustment was shaky and seemed to jump past where I needed the focus to be. I just could not focus sharply at any distance. These "glasses" are of such low quality, that I'm just going to throw them in the bin and put this whole episode down to experience! Disgusted! Do not waste your money!

I had to see or should we say NOT SEE what they are all about so I purchased an identical pair from AliExpress knowing that my £2.94 I spent on them was now charity money. They were worth £2.94 less than I had paid be sure of it but I immediately knew the answer - All BS should we say and of absolutely no use to Man or Beast. I tested the product thoroughly though due to my obsession and had more than £2.94 worth of pleasure in satisfying myself that the test result was Zero out of Five for every aspect of their use. If you have lost money hopefully its Minimal and you can DRAW A LINE under your stupidity and move on. Its unlikely you would ever get a penny back - sorry if I'm the one to inform you of that.

The product they sell is to be polite dismal. That in itself is bad, but their customer service is non-existent. The adjustable glasses promise the world but in my experience deliver at most a spoonful of dirt. I received my order on June 6th after about a two weeks delay and informed them that they were of inferior quality and no amount of adjustment would give me a clear image and requested a full refund under their 30 Day guarantee. I eventually received a reply several days later. This reply indicated their sorrow over my experience and asked me to fill in a customer satisfaction survey, this I did. Then I received a reply which said that as they had not heard from me they were closing the case. I contacted them again and refilled their survey report again and nothing. I must clarify this point that I purchased these glasses from Optriflex but up until this time, all my correspondence had been with a company called ( I am not allowed to say) Having got nowhere with this company I then contacted Optriflex again and received a reply from the same unmentioned company, again wanting me to go through the same survey nonsense again. At this point I asked whether they were playing games and demanded that they give me the return details and a full refund. They replied saying we will give you a 25% of the price paid, keep the glasses as they said I would have to pay for their return. No mention of this is indicated in their advert. I replied that was not acceptable. They then replied that they would give 50% of the price paid and keep the glasses, to which I replied that I would accept their offer, because by this time I had had enough. This is without doubt the most un-ethical company I have ever dealt with. Their so-called Customer Service is a lie, their is no service, simply in my case two people who did everything they could to dissuade me from returning a substandard product. I have all correspondence related to this and it is available if I have to back up this review. I would strongly advise anybody not to have any dealings with them.

These glasses break every fit-for-purpose law there is. They are amazingly ugly, have no useful focus range and are an all-round con. I have approached their customer service department for a full refund and was asked to complete a VERY carefully worded questionnaire before "getting back to us". I hold out no hope of a resolution. Don't buy these.
