Screw this guy. Parts showed "in stock" when order was placed. 8 days later, I call to see where my parts are...oops, sorry...had to restock RIGHT WHEN YOU ORDERED. No phone call, no apology...just "I don't need you to lecture me on how to run my business." I will NEVER spend another nickel here, and I advise all of you to do the same. i have contacted them about my 1998 4runenr headlights that they did for me and im having issues with them. Water all the time inside them and now the projector stopped working. I still havent get any resolution.

Great service. I emailed OPT OFF ROAD about some product recommendations for a 4runner project. Jason and I spoke over email for about a week discussing options that best fit my needs. I’ve ordered twice from them so far, and they communicate well, and product shows up on time (sometimes before). Will continue to be a repeat customer.
