I am a paid subscriber and I really liked the functionality, except that it stopped working... the graph gave weird shapes and the table function gave nonsense numbers... I tried to get help... but there is no customer service number to call... you can only email.. I've emailed twice but no one has bothered to respond... I would have otherwise give 5 stars because IF it works, its great, but when it breaks down for your account then there is no easy way to get any help.. so I was angry enough to give it only one star but tht would be unfair.. therefore only two stars for today, tomorrow if they fix my problem then it is a 5 star.

They never respond to email support. Did an option trade today where one of the January expiration dates was not included. I think for what they charge a bit of courtesy goes a long way. If you sign up do not expect any help.
