Option One Solar
Option One Solar Hi Tiffany, Thank you so much for the help and your expedite, follow-up customer service is second to none. I believe that the service personnel, from Option One Solar, Technical Support Department, Mr. Christian and Max, have located the leaks on the roof and fixed the issue. I want to thank them for their dedication and hard work on the hot days and on the roof for hours with non-stop action. Your excellent speedy service, i.e. (from the time I called you until the time completed the job were 2 days) speak volume about your company cares about customer first, last, and always. Another 5 stars 🌟 in quality care, after installing the system.
