They are extremely careless with your data and dedicated inadequate resources toward protecting the data of their customers. My wife and I both received a notice from Optimum First, Inc. dated August 5, 2026 confirming that our social security numbers, date of birth, passport number, driver's license number, and military ID numbers may have been involved in their data breach. I'm tired of irresponsible lenders, banks, credit reporting agencies, and even the U.S. government's Office of Personnel Management not protecting our personally identifiable information. All careless buttholes. We'll be watching for the class action and keeping track of our hours.

Working with Optimum First Mortgage was an absolute pleasure. They made what is usually a stressful process feel incredibly easy. I loved the constant communication and the thoughtful instructions they provided every step of the way. They are very professional, easy to talk to, and truly awesome to work with! Thank you Nikki and Kaycee!

After a rough start, the owner of the company called me to personally handle my issues. And he gave my family a great deal. In the future, I will always work with them and only use them for mortgages!
