Before selecting optimoroute I have…
Before selecting optimoroute I have tested few softwares and decided to go with OR. Now after almost 2 years using it daily and very satisfied. It allowed me to replace my paper and people knowledge based processes by a system paperless process. Also now It’s much easier to replace and on board new drivers. On the top of this, it save me and my teams time. I strongly recommend. Improvements opportunities. Routes are planned for cost and efficiency but quality and customer satisfaction is also important for my business so the app could have some AI features that gives you other parameters to plan, like typical route and customer priorities.
