OptimalWork is a game-changer
OptimalWork is a game-changer. It's helped with areas I've been working on for years. I can't tell what I've found most helpful - the practical wisdom, scientific basis and explanation, or philosophical underpinnings. I'm not even starting to use it as much as I could/should and I've had significant gains. I was initially worried that it would require a ton of work - this was a complete misunderstanding. The Masterclass is laid out in 5-7 minute bites with immediately actionable changes to work on. It's as much or little as you want to do.
