OptimalrecruitmentautomationReviews of optimalrecruitmentautomation.com

I had a great experience working with Tom at Optimal Recruitment Automation. From our very first call he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure the process was built around that. What stood out most was how consistent he was. Tom stayed in contact the whole way through, kept me updated, and was always there when I needed support or had questions. It never felt like he was just trying to fill a role. He genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I’d highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for their next opportunity.

We cannot keep up with the amount of talent we are getting on a daily basis. Great company

I am updating my original review because of how this company handles adversity. Initially, there was some issues with their ability to attend a meeting - I had to log off instead of waiting. But I think in sales and business, bottlenecks happen. What matters is how leadership responds. The CEO/Owner personally reached out to me to audit the situation. Not only did he take immediate accountability, but he also personally met with me to ensure I was fully taken care of. So I feel that this organization led by someone who understands execution, speed, and extreme accountability. If you want to work with a team that actually corrects course and invested in your success from the top down, Kyle's team is the real deal. Highly recommended.

I was struggling to land a high ticket sales role for months. A friend of mine connected me to Ora and 1 WEEK after I had my interview with them I was able to land an amazing role as a setter. FOR FREE? At first it seemed to good to be true… But they walk you through the whole process of being hired onto role, Loom video, Resume, interview, you name it! And they walk you through the whole process. This role they helped me get has been life changing. Hitting record cash collected and money in my pocket has genuinely changed my life and put me on the path I dreamed for. Couldn’t suggest these guys enough to anybody looking to land a better role or like me; land your first high ticket sales role!!

I want to share a quick win from working with Optimal Recruitment & Automation. We partnered with them to hire a remote high-ticket closer, and the results showed up fast. In his first month, the closer generated $60,000 in cash-collected revenue and over $100,000 in total contract value. He came in very experienced and required minimal ramp-up, which made a noticeable difference immediately. The process itself was straightforward. ORA sent us multiple strong candidates, and once we identified the right fit, they made it easy to move forward and hire with confidence. Because of the results, we’re planning to work with them again to scale our sales team, adding more closers and setters as we grow. If you’re a business owner running a high-ticket offer and want proven sales talent without the usual hiring headaches, I’d highly recommend working with them.

We recently hired both a closer and a setter through ORA, and they each became our top performer in their role within the first month. Before ORA, hiring sales reps was extremely frustrating. We spent a lot of time sorting through inexperienced and weak candidates, which slowed everything down. Working with ORA completely changed that. They send multiple highly qualified prospects every week, and we simply choose who we want to interview and hire. The quality of talent has been night and day compared to our previous reps. Their people are averaging multiple times the performance of our old sales team, and because of that, we’ve been able to scale much faster. We actually stopped running our internal sales recruiting process altogether after working with ORA. On top of that, their performance guarantee made the decision even easier—honestly, it would feel dumb not to work with them.

Landed me a sales role I made $2500 in my first week. What's not to like
