I just placed an order on Opticvaultusa and was left utterly disappointed. The site promised a wide selection, but the only option they had was a single pair of glasses that didn’t match my style. No alternatives, no customization-just a dead end. The checkout process was smooth, but the lack of variety made the whole experience feel like a scam. I expected better from a site that prides itself on quality. Wouldn’t shop here again.

Ordered an astronomy item from Opticvaultusa.com. Received order confirmation from a different web address. My credit card was billed by yet another company ($35). Did not receive shipping confirmation as promised. Did not receive item. Could not get a response from seller with repeated tries. Disputed the charge with my credit card company which they reversed. Then got a $1000 fraudulent charge which my credit card company blocked. Opticvaultusa is a scam.
