The entire experience with OpenTipJar has been amazing - even before we purchased. We had some questions and contacted the company and they responded very quickly. Since signing up everything has been smooth sailing. At one point I needed transaction history that was older than the timeframe available on my dashboard and I sent an email asking for help. Again, the response was super quick, the team not only sent me a csv file with our entire history but also made some changes to the site to be able to run reports for different time periods. I highly recommend!
