It's hard to believe that the Bonita Optimist Foundation has been partnering with Operation Book Support since 2018! With our club's focus of "Bringing Out the Best in Kids", the funds we raise from OBS have helped us expand our circle of influence and have supported our efforts to serve the children in our community. The OBS staff goes "over and above" in helping us be successful! Answering any questions we have and picking up our donations in a timely manner are just a couple of examples of their customer-oriented focus. It’s absolutely been a real pleasure working with Operation Book Support! Their firm commitment to truly partnering with non-profits is both refreshing and very much appreciated! Lorenzo, a military veteran, was the founder of this company . . . he is someone who has already "given back" . . . and we are proud to be a part of his company's ongoing mission! Ann Stevens, Bonita Optimist Book Sale Chairperson

Our Friends of the San Diego Library team have been working with Operation Book Support for years. It has been an easy partnership and has provided a big boost to our monthly income. The staff is available and responds promptly and courteously. Their computerized book reporting system is accurate and detailed. We are pleased to be able to work with this veteran-owned local business.

I'm a volunteer with the Friends of Escondido Library. Our experience with Operation Book Support has been outstanding. Their customer service and support is great. The payments are prompt, and well documented. I highly recommend their program. Penny Boggeln Board Member

“Highly recommended. FIVE STARS!!! Operation Book Support and the San Diego Friends of the San Marcos Library Bookstore have worked together for over 5 years with amazing, profitable results. They are client driven, efficient, and totally professional. Give them a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Michael Glen President, SMFOTL 858-414-2373

Having tried to sell items online ourselves we have found that our partnership with Operation Book Support (OBS) has helped us to: raise more funds then before, saves our volunteers time, and reduces storage needs. OBS also has wonderful customer support and is very responsive to questions and requests. This is a 5-star company I would recommend to others.

“Our library has very limited space, and our bookstore only holds a fraction of the books we have, so we were looking for ways to make more of our books available for sale and reach more customers. Operation Book Support was recommended to me at a conference. After doing some research, our board voted to work with OBS. Operation Book Support allows us to have an online storefront without the drawbacks of operating an online storefront. We wish OBS would take even more of our books to sell!”

One of our initial concerns about the Operation Book Support program was losing our high-volume customers at our monthly book sale; As these were mostly resellers we worried they would no longer be interested in our books, since we would be selling our higher value items online. Yet, after working with Operation Book Support for over a year, we analyzed our numbers and found our book sales had not suffered any loss in sales or customers! OBS offered a win-win situation and we’re now making several thousands of additional dollars each quarter through their program. I would highly recommend using OBS to maximize income on the sale of your donated materials.

Lorenzo and his crew…. Currently Alberto are great to work with. They are responsive and on time for pickups.
