It all went well in the end.
*EDIT* Apparently my unit was broken somehow. Aryan reached out like he said he would and send me a new pair without question. Ive changed the review from 2 to 4 stars because it is a great product and the guy behind it is keeping his word. Thank you for a great product. _________________________________________________ Dear Oomo. It was too good to be true. They worked fine for a few weeks and I was so glad I bought them. Out of nowhere the amplitude on the left earphone drops about 50 percent. I wrote to Oomo (using their website) about my situation. Here 10 days after still no answer except for the auto reply. So now they are just completely useless. That is first of all not acceptable in this price range for a headset and second its just poor customer service. No I unfortunately cant recommend them to anyone.

I'm so sorry for dropping the ball. Somehow, we did not get your message. Having the website reviewed. Usually, I personally take care of customer service, unfortunately, my hospitalization took a turn for the worse and I had to stay an extra week. I was released yesterday. Please email me at [email protected] and I'll personally tend to it. Thank you. Aaryan (founder)
