Everything worked out, I found what I was looking for
Okay so the customer service will respond to you answer your questions and help you You will get a confirmation email everything is legit it took me 2 weeks to receive My order and everything is sealed and stamped. I was nervous I was a first time customer but I had to take a chance because I needed to get what I wanted so I get it if you're nervous but give it a shot order something small just to get the feel of the whole process then you will be confident and relieved that you have a good source of good quality products. Awesome give

Great communication/customer service
Great communication!
Response from Onyx Genetics ResearchMay 3, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We take every review seriously and investigated this immediately. After thoroughly searching our entire customer database - including all orders, emails, and chat history - we cannot find any record of a customer matching your name, email, or the reference number you provided. The reference number does not correspond to any order in our system. We respond to every single customer inquiry without exception. If you genuinely placed an order with us, please contact us directly with your order confirmation email so we can investigate further. We also encourage you to verify that you have the correct website, as there may be confusion with a similarly named company.
