I still have not received my order. There has been no update!

Lacking customer service. Had to call several times after being told they would call me "right back" or "tomorrow". I would have to call and follow up on the error with my order on numerous occasions.

I ordered 3 pole vault poles on April 26th and they still have not shipped. There was no indication that the produce would not be shipped immediately based on inventory. Left in the lurch.

Every single baton was dented, so they cannot be used in meets.

The buckle on the 1K discus is unsafe making the practice discus unusable.

Haven’t been delivered and no update on being shipped
