Ordered over 2 months ago. First parcel was apparently lost in transit! Customer service very poor. I never do reviews but I needed to warn others not to use this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS **** Do not buy from this company they are a total rip off I purchased the dog scissors I received the box without any scissors in it I emailed them straight away with a photo of an empty box but they said I needed to check the box again it's not like I could miss the empty box they are a joke STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE

Received the goods but had a dirty mark . Contacted customer service and they offered 3 USD. I obviously declined and asked for pre postage to return for an exchange. They refused and many more emails and still waiting. I have now encircled my credit card to fight my case. DO NOT USE

The items we ordered were not like what they showed and did not like the way it fit! We tried to return it for a refund but they gave us the option to keep or return it to China but we had to pay for the shipping back to China!!! They are a scam and need to be shutdown!! Do not order from them

Regularly displays phony logistics data about shipped goods using made-up logistic reports from a non-existent company. The repeated stalling procedure where a shipment is allegedly for weeks in transit within a destination country after it was cleared by the local customs. The idea is that a purchaser will eventually give up. Stay far away.

Absolute scam, do not order from them. spent US108 for sofa covers and it came with different shades of grey from each other, so totally not usable. They would not accept returns for refund.
