I was prescribed estradiol patch and progesterone without any labs, and then the patch was out of stock and I’m unable to get in touch with any provider to adjust the dose or anything. After emailing with customer service for 5 days I found a local provider. What a nightmare

Initially positive but don't expect to be able to access any information in-between paid reviews. The customer service team are friendly but the way this is set up makes them effectively useless. Don't expect to be able to access any documents with ease between reviews, or to check on non-clinical information such as, when your next lot of medication is due, how much it will be, how many you will receive. Also - after trying and failing to get some basic information from the customer service team I was then hit with an unexpected bill 2.5 months old, due to an administrative error.

Very frustrated with my experience with OnStella. I started hormone therapy through Dr. Noel, then when I needed follow-up less than a week later because I was having significant pelvic pain, I was suddenly told she was unavailable in my state and that I would need to see a Nurse Practitioner instead. Oddly, her schedule still appears if you select self-pay, which makes the whole situation feel extremely misleading. When patients are dealing with real side effects and need medical guidance, transparency and continuity of care matter. Instead, I was left feeling unsupported and shuffled around after already starting treatment. I will be taking my care elsewhere.

I booked an appointment, paid, no-one turned up
