This company is terrible the good thing is you will get your products but if you need to get in contact with customer service you can forget about it I been calling everyday also leaving emails nothing no one will get back to you it been goin on 3weeks and till no one reached out to me I will never order from them again this company is real Bad.

The products are good but the customer service sucks. They don't answer phone calls and when they do they may fabricate delivery time frames. They'll promise expedited shipping then say you'll have to pay for it. Overall, wouldn't recommend this company based on customer service, but products and convenience is decent.

When I first started working with Onoxa, they responded quickly as a new customer, replying within the same day, which gave me confidence. However, everything changed when I needed documents compliant with international regulations for my order of 45 units of Brightening Serum [Order ID #69541]. I sent multiple emails, made repeated calls, and even tried reaching out via LinkedIn – I received no response whatsoever! This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. A warning to anyone considering working with Onoxa: They may seem reliable at first, but when you truly need support, they leave you high and dry.
