Very cult like management, you need to worship the philosophy and the king. Turn over ever month. Tech department has the highest turn over. Good perks: Hybrid, good managers (excluding Execs), good employees, great place to learn short term. Cons: Leadership, bullying from execs, philosophy that woman are better employees, pressure to survey is a great place to work but in reality it is not.
