Very communicative customer service. At first I panicked because I thought the business was not legit. I searched phone number with no success. I sent an email to request a cancellation but a day after I had already received the necklace I ordered and it is beautiful. Glad the cancelation didn’t go through. I got the necklace for Mother’s Day ❤️☺️

This was my 1st purchase with this company and was not sure what to expect, overall I was very satisfied. I purchased my wife a custom necklace with engravings and it arrived on time for her birthday and was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered a sterling silver ring for my mother for mothers day. This company engraved all four of me and my siblings names, added a birthstone for each month for us, and engraved "We Luv You". It was delivered today and it is amazing!!! It's beautiful crafted and real sterling silver. I was hesitant... because of some of the reviews, but I made a great choice taking a chance. My mother is going to LOVE THIS!!

I purchased the angel wing heart pendant necklace for my best friend! I recommend Only One Jewelry shop 100% is so cute!! Is a gift that you can't go wrong with! Customer service went above and beyond when I did not see the mailing update on USPS, thanks again! From a very happy customer Karen :) <3

I ordered couple bracelets for me and my hunny for our anniversary, it took a couple weeks but the wait was worth it because I loved them and I can't wait to show my hunny and see his reaction to them🙂😍

I have ordered twice from here and I love these products. I ordered 2 necklaces and they are both beautiful. I have been wearing one everyday and it shines just as pretty as when I first purchased it a few months ago.

It’s always a pleasure to purchase from only one jewelry. They have a wide selection of nice jewelry, at very fair prices. Their products are well made and they always have a free shipping option. My orders are always correct and they arrive rather quickly. And they have exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend you go check out their website and try out their products for yourself.
