Rob's Trains & Hobbies (onlinetrains.com) & it's owner are a trainwreck! The rudest, most caustic & abusive business owner i have ever met; just WOW! Like getting hit in the face with a bag of nickels!!!!! As a disabled individual with a service dog, I am afforded legal protections under the law. NO ONE is allowed to ask about my disability, nor refuse me service for standing up for my rights. Because I brought my dog in with me, I was grilled like a criminal, I was yelled at, threatened, the guy actually called the police to try to intimidate me into leaving, going so far as to lie to law enforcement in trying to make me seem a threat... Yeah, with a 12 pound, 14 year old dog! Fortunately, the police know people as well as the law, LOL If you're a vetran, if you love animals, if you're disabled, if you care about the rights of yourself & your family? Don't support people like this. There is enough hatred & anger elsewhere in the world, we don't need it when we go spend hard earned dollars. I went to his closest competitor, spent almost $1,000.00, and they told me they have heard this over & over. It is a shame, because his son, who runs an AirSoft retail business out of the same store (the guy I was going to see), is a really GREAT guy, a legend in the local community in AirSoft; he deserves better, but given his father's rages, he won't be in that location long if he wants to remain in business... IGNORE THIS WARNING AT YOUR PERIL!!!!!
