Online Shop Inc.Reviews of onlineshop.com

Excellent service!!

Using Online Shop from more than 5 years. Comparing it with others like WordPress is like comparing Apple with Windows. Yes, there are some integration limitations, but on the other hand, due to these 3-rd party limitations, the security and ease of use is the next level.

I just had a fabulous experience with Online Shop customer service rep Rhys. As a marketing specialist I have worked in Wordpress, Wix, and Squarespace and Online Shop is by far my favorite. I am so thankful that I could connect to a real person, and not just a help desk when I had an issue. Many businesses today fail to address the human interaction needs of todays consumer, to their own detriment. Thank you Online Shop!

I really like OS! I build all my websites on it. You have many options to add to your site! It is good looking and modern site. Compared to Wix or SquareSpace even a monkey could create and run an OS shop. It is a must!

I was with OS for 3 years and the service was great from beginning to end. I moved on from on it now as I learned web development and hosted my own site, but Online Shop was an easy platform to design and build. Really good features and the customer support was great too. Can't recall a time when the service ever went down. Only slight down side is the script is a bit heavy, but it still loads fast. It's a good for personal and small business websites.

Online Shop has been the best website builder for a while. I have been using it since 2010, exploring other options from time to time, Online Shop has great templates and an easy AI builder for those who are just starting and an extremely flexible and powerful editor for both pros and newbies. They just had a new refresh with new founding team which are experienced in ecommerce and it shows!

It's a good online platform for shopping. I and all of my family members used this platform for shopping. They provide a good product and cloth products are awesome. A few weeks ago, I bought a t-shirt for my son that t-shirt is incredible and the fabric is awesome. I am happy with the service, product, and price. So, I am satisfied 100%.
