Ordered contacts three weeks ago and received my initial email confirmation but no shipping date. After waiting weeks they sent an email that my order was going to be refunded. No reason or explanation, no apology, nothing. I emailed their customer service and got no reply. Do not waste your time with this company.

My daughter and soccer team were staying at a Airbnb and I ordered her some contact lenses to arrive for her to use while traveling with the team. I ordered on 2/12/25 and the package never arrived. Online Contacts said the order I placed arrived on 2/22, but the team coaches and parent chaperones never received it - they received many packages during their stay and were checking daily. The company said that after a usps investigation the package had arrived on that date. After 2 months of emailing with Online Contacts they said a police report was needed in order for USPS and or themselves to consider a refund. I live in Guam and this all happened in Las Vegas. I feel like I’m being strung along, not valued as a customer and they’re poor performance in getting the delivery out with 1-2 business days - as they’re website says they do - is not being addressed. I do not recommend this company and feel very disappointed in the way our situation has been handled!

I ordered contacts for the free glasses promotion but was never provided with the promo code, even after paying and completing my order. Then, my order was canceled, due to an issue with my script...one that could have been easily resolved. Took them 10 seconds to take my money and 2 weeks to give it back.
