Online CandidateReviews of onlinecandidate.com

I have built many website for friends in the past the my HTML is very rusty so when I told a friend I would create one for him I knew I wanted an all in one package (hosting, template, drop in code, etc) and Online Candidate did not disappoint. Using their templates we had the site up and running in about 3 hours. Most time was spent on the text we wanted and once that was done, copy, paste, publish. I had 2 questions and instead of just searching the knowledge base I emailed. Carol is fantastic! Quick reply and clear instructions. Simple, easy and excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend using Online Candidate. The program was well explained, easy to use and the support was excellent. I made both a phone call and sent an e-mail question. The phone was answered by a live person - she was wonderful! The e-mail I sent was answered right away as well, and Carol was extremely helpful. Great product, great options, great service!

Carol is always ready to walk you through steps and help you with any questions you may have. The templates are user friendly and allow you to have a professional looking finished product. Very good value.

I was very impressed with the level of service and quick response afforded my campaign.

We set up a website for a School Board campaign and it was a piece of cake. Templates and forms were basically already complete. It comes out very pleasing to the eye and everything is affordable. I think they may want to tweak how pictures are inserted but otherwise it was a terrific service. Five stars.

Mrs. Carol was very helpful, patient and kind to me. The overall service that I received from online candidate were GREAT!

I had never contracted for a campaign site but had liked what I saw at Online Candidate. I called Carol Daley with some questions and received straightforward and thoughtful answers. I purchased the Enhanced Package and found it to be a tremendous value! Once I signed up, Carol provided a guiding document to organize my content. Although completing content was the most difficult and time-consuming part of the process, once I submitted the information to Carol, she had the site mocked up in only a couple of business days. When I reviewed the mock up, I was floored. It was far beyond my expectations and required only very little additional editing. It has taken an adjustment period getting used to managing the site but when I have had questions or run into difficulty, Carol has been quick to help me out. In the end, I've been so happy with Online Candidate that I have already recommended it to another candidate!

I provided Carol with the bare essentials and she worked up a beautiful campaign website. She provided a logo which I could use on my printed materials and tweaked my content to ensure that it fit well. Carol is very personable and responds quickly to any questions. Highly rated!
