Some of the directions are cumbersome. It also took way too long to receive compensation.

I have experienced big problems in having my book reviewed. Some ratings have suffered a subtraction of a star because of alleged formatting errors. Those errors are not in the book, only in the epub manuscript that reviewers have see. I have pointed this out many times and have uploaded a pdf version of the book. The pdf version is a true copy of the book and does not have the "errors" that the reviewers have complained about.

Overall the service is adequate but the website is a right mess. It takes too long to find things. But most of all the site is way too busy and convoluted.

I ordered $1000 advertising package and when I click the link to see what the status is, the link is broken. I have no idea what the next steps are on this campaign?

Positives - lively and interesting discussions with other book lovers. - free books. - the chance to win giftcards and earn a little money. - easy to navigate. Negatives - moderators and editors are highly inconsistent when it comes to marking volunteer reviews and assessing prize draw eligibility, and refuse to give constructive feedback. - reviewers are banned from discussing how to improve their work. - I asked a moderator for help and received rude messages which demonstrated that they had not bothered to read my messages accurately. PS There is a note on this review to say that I did not respond, but actually I did.
