Needed someone for a CRM/data role and wanted a person who was careful rather than just working fast. I posted the role, got some responses , spoke with a few people and picked one. Whole thing took may be three days. Nothing complicated about the process, which is honestly exactly what I wanted.

First hired a photographer and editor for my photo studio for a sudden shoot. I was elated about the AI ranking process that gave me the best match, and the one I hired was brilliant. And what's more it's free and I didn't need to pay to hire fast. So I posted another job for an accountant to help me with the quarterly filings. Online Jobs hasn't let me down so far.

I wasn't expecting to get hired in just a matter of days after I signed up. The job and compensation they offer are really based on what they posted on the platform. Thank you for giving me and other people out there to discover opportunities all over the globe.

I found my first direct client here and so happy this website helped me. I've been in the job hunt for months, been with agencies who are taking massive cuts from my salary. Now, I found a better way to work with clients directly. The best thing I like using their website is it's so easy to access and apply. I love the process where applicants cannot proceed with their applications to jobs that don't accept candidates from my country, so my time is not wasted applying to jobs that doesn't fit in the first place. 10000 points for that!

Most straightforward remote job board I needed a Social Media Assistant to help me manage my pages. I tried their free job posting and didn't expect much but was able to find one in just a few days. Their matching system really helped a lot and saved me time to focus on the ones I should be interviewing first. Would probably use this platform again.

Hired a VA through this for data checking + some support stuff. honestly wasn't expecting much but the sorting thing where you see best matches first actually saved me a bunch of time. one girl ghosted after accepting which was annoying but not the platform's fault. would use again probably.

I’ve actually found several great team members here, and what I really like is how much time it saves me when going through applicants. Normally, I'd can get hundreds of applications, and a lot of them either don’t match what I am looking for or clearly didn’t even read the job post. The filtering helps take care of that, so I can focus more on the candidates who are actually relevant to the role. It’s very straightforward, fast, and honestly, there’s not much fuss. I’ve been able to find the people I needed for specific roles without spending hours just sorting through applications. And whenever I’ve had an issue or needed help, the support team has always been accommodating. Overall, I really can’t complain, it’s made hirng a lot easier for me.
