If i could give them a 0 i would - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM i ordered 4 things ($94) and it was all poor quality and none of it fit right. I requested a refund. for a week now they have been refusing to give me a return label saying it will be too expensive but i said i don't care. They keep offering me minimal compensation to keep my products ($5, $7, $10-which is the max they will give). Why would i want basically no money to keep products that i would throw away. Absolutely do not waste your time with this company. Scam and should not be allowed to do business.

Mnie też skusiło :100% satysfakcji albo zwrot pieniędzy " Nie ma opcji, bo twierdzą, że wysłali rozmiar I kolor tali jak zamówiłam i nie mogę zwrócić. od 3 tygodni z nimi piszę i w końcu Zaproponowali mi 12USD ODSZKODOWANIA a ja zapłaciłam 78USD za zamówienie. Do tego bezczelnie piszą, że z największa starannością podchodzą do mojej sprawy i zrobili wszystko żebym nie była stratna:D ich maile praktycznie brzmią tak samo

Scammers. 2 fake tracking sites provided, the product never arrived. Don't buy!! (I've been waiting for the package over 3 months!!)

Same issue as a lot for these reviews on here. On their site they say 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. They’re being shady and misleading their customers. Too many emails with just common replies that sound copied and pasted. I knew I was taking some risk but because their returns page stated I could get my money back (minus shipping) I was willing to try it out but to not refund me when I tried it on for 2 min and I put it back in its package just as I got it. I’ll be writing terrible reviews anywhere else thst I can leave reviews for them. Terrible!

I believe that this is a fake website. I did not receive my order and they refuse to refund me. I ordered two things about 5 months ago. Every time I email them they gave me an automated reply that doesn’t make any sense.

They have hidden fees and they don't answer correctly. they aren't clear. they don't have even the estimated date of delivery.

Fraudulent site. Did not receive item or reimbursement.

Worst customer care I have ever experienced! Bought 3 pais of tights, and they didn't fit on me. Since my first contact to the support24hservice, all their answers are... "We’re sorry for the inconvenience. But the item we sent to you is correct. We're so sorry for that return or exchange will not be supported when your order has no quality issues. We’re so sorry for your dissatisfaction." OR... "Sorry you are not satisfied with our products. Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services. If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time. Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item. Thank you for your understanding." OR... "Thanks for your email. We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. But as we shipment department checked, the item you received is correct. We checked it with our warehouse and it is the one you ordered. Thanks for your kind understanding."
