Hi VeeBee, thank you for the feedback. We'd love to clarify a few things here. Shipping costs and delivery windows are displayed at checkout, and free shipping is available on orders over $80. We just took a look at our prior communication, and we were happy to accommodate a return outside of our standard window as a courtesy. Store credit was the return option selected during the return request — we offer multiple options and never required that you returned for store credit. We hope this helps paint a clearer picture here.

Thank you for the feedback, T.M. Just to clarify, both the emoji verification step and the photo requirement have since been removed from our return process. These were originally in place to ensure customers had the information needed for a successful fit and to maintain hygiene standards for our small team, but we've since found better ways to address both. As always, we offer a free return for store credit and free exchanges, but there's a fee for returns for refund. It helps us offset a small portion of the cost of processing returns, and it's listed on our site so customers can factor it in before purchasing. We hope to have you back in the future!

Hi Emili, thank you for the feedback. We want to clarify that both the emoji verification step and the photo requirement have since been removed from our return process. These were originally in place to ensure customers had the information needed for a successful fit (as our suits intentionally fit differently than any other swimsuit), and to maintain hygiene standards for our small team processing returns by hand. We've since found better ways to address both. The fit video step remains to help customers achieve a dig-free swimsuit fit, but customers are welcome to skip it. We hear the accessibility concern and take it seriously. We hope the experience feels much smoother today.

We've taken feedback like yours seriously, and we're glad to share that our return process has since been updated and simplified! We no longer require photos prior to return. We do still have a fee if you're returning for a refund, which is listed on our site, but we've always offered a free exchange as well as free returns for store credit. We hope you'll give us another chance someday; we'd love to show you a better experience.

We do state that international orders are final sale on all of our product pages, our shipping policy, returns & exchanges policy, and in our FAQs, but we of course understand how disappointing it is when you receive something that doesn't fit as expected. While international orders are still final sale, we now have a very helpful size quiz that takes into account your measurements as well as customer feedback to recommend the best size for you.
