Hard to believe in 2026 I had to spend an hour and 2 phones to verify my ID. Orientation screen lock off on both phones, yet the One Span software, wouldn't open up the camera on my phones (permissions also given). Glitchy as hell- we have similar software in the office we use, I have never had an issue. I am genuinely struggling to understand how this can be so bad...
