I THOUGHT I had checked that this card could be used in Belize. Nope! As a solo female traveler, the inability to use this card put me risk. Customer service not good; they responded quickly but did nothing "because of terms of use" page. Make your site clearer and more CONCISE!

Bought this when I was in Colombia. It never worked. I received one SMS message once from a Colombian number, and that was it. Couldn't received phone calls nor SMS messages from apps for verification. So the basic service didn't work. For it to work with my bank they wanted another $70 per month, and I wasn't going to give them any more $ if the basic service didn't work. Total waste of time and money. When I told them for the second time of the problem they told me I'd have to fund the account again to test it. Nope. What they should have done is fund it themselves enough to test it and make it work. Poor customer service, like so many companies they just don't care.

Total rip off of a company. Rip you off on internet, move numbers on your account then say you did. Have guidlines and dont follow them. Avoid. UPDATE below you can see they tried to blackmail me to remove this review before they'd escalate my issue... In reference to your replies below- The first ticket was opened as your underhanded wording of the way the card works uses your credit on the number as well as the purchased data package. That was closed as even though it is a poor and underhanded way of doing things that’s the product. 2- as you can clearly see in the ticket I pointed out that it was a system error that put the credit on the wrong number and I contacted your service center straight away. They blamed me and wanted to charge me for your systems error. During that conversation I’d decided that I’d had enough being treated so poorly by what clearly is an unethical company and posted a review. The agent obviously got a notification of the review and told me to take it down otherwise he wouldn’t help me. I have screen shots of the conversation but unfortunately I can’t post them here on trust pilot but I did over numerous other product review websites.

Poor speed, i don't recommend. Stay away. Update: used in Cancun Mexico. My phone connected to LTE and 4G, however service was un-usable. Website didn't load, apps can't connect.

German network providers do NOT support this Simcard. On the website they claim that they cover Garmany but I am from Germany and it doesn't work - their support confirmed that their simcards are not coverd by German network providers. This might affect other European countries as well since e.g. the simcard is not working for telecom. Now I want my money back bcs. they make false claims on their website and it is not working for me in Germany but the support is not responding to my mails. Additional they are very expensive compared to other providers. Look for other providers!! Especially when you want to travel in Europe or if you have family/friends in Europe.

They are nothing but a scam. I bought an e-sim from them as I am going to be travelling internationally. When I installed the SIM in my device it would not get any service. I called a customer service who had me do a lot of things, including erasing the SIM and then reinstalling, but none of them worked. Later he tells me he will escalate the situation and then I receive and email saying I have to activate my data pack to get service. Since I had time, I decided to only activate the data right before my travel and after activating I still did not get any service. When I contacted the customer service again, they had me do a bunch of stuff again and finally at the end they say you cannot erase and reinstall an e-sim and so I cannot use that SIM anymore. I would have to buy another one just to use it. Keep in mind that when I reached out to them, I told them what are the things I tried, including reinstalling the sim. They however only decided to let me know that my SIM would not work after wasting my whole day going back and forth, telling me to trying different things. Therefore, it is quite clear that they do not know what they are doing and so making up an excuse just to get even more money out of me.

I really was looking forward to using this eSim product as it would have solved a few problems for me, however this is the most expensive and confusing option for any travel data needs. The data plans are at least FOUR times the cost of a travel SIM purchased locally. The plans themselves are very opaque and need to be simplified dramatically to service the needs of all customers. I submitted a support ticket (Ticket 266679 for the OneSIM people monitoring this site) which was initially promptly responded to, but I still haven't received a response to a clarification question. This product has so much potential, but the delivery of the product is confusing (probably deliberately so), very expensive and certainly not worth the money. Don't get me started on the confusing website and the atrocious android app to manage your account with. The app freezes on both of my Google Pixel 7's and is unusable.

Well after following the complicated dialing instructions (while visiting Barbados),no calls went through.So I have wasted about $100. Promise by email to address the matter did not materialize. I would advise people to wait until they reach their intended destination (in this case Barbados ) and you'll get a far superior,easy to apply,product for half the price. Now 12 days and still waiting to get it up and running
