Excellent product. Great customer service. I like the website. Easy to use. Was easy to set up account. Very nice service all together.

I called up not once, not twice, but three times before I even bought the SIM card with my questions and each customer service rep was nice and very patient with me. So easy to use and I am so ready to do all of my international traveling with them by my side!

I was a bit skeptical about the purchase at first, but I after reading the reviews, I took a plunge ! And I have to say it was very smooth and my phone worked seeamlessly in Italy, Greece n Turkey !! Minor wishlist : - the one card SIM app gave a quick summary of my account in one click than logging into the website and checking the details. - it had the discounted package available in Turkey, but not a big deal !) A must have for your trips abroad !

I have used a few different sim card companies during my travels in the past number of years, but Onesimcard has been the best. When I had trouble with the others, contacting them and receiving help was very difficult. I phoned today to get clarification on my personal number and was helped by Stephanie. I would like to relate my experience in activating my OneSIM account. Once I decided to use the OneSIM service I reviewed the instructions on the web site. In order to ensure I understood the whole service I contacted the chat line. They answered a lot of my questions about my needs and walked me through the account registration process. I have to say that my experience in dealing with OneSIM was most favorable one and I can strongly recommend them from a customer service and technical knowledge standpoint

I use to have Rangeroamer SIM card, so I had some experience of using similar card overseas. I did a substantial research before purchasing this SIM card and finally ordered Europe & More card. For the countries I visited (Belgium, Netherland and Luxembourg) it had lower rates than other cards. I used it with Samsung Galaxy S6 from Verizon Wireless for international calling from Europe to US and did not have any problems with that. The only compliant I had from my counterpart calling from the US that he had to make couple of dialing attempts before getting connected while calling to my US number. Other than that it worked great. I also liked Direct Dial (No Callback) feature of this card.

We have used one sim card on four occasions and have found it to a wonderful option than using our regular cellular service. It can be a little confusing at the beginning, but once you have used it a few times, it is simple to use.
