Easy to use and had good coverage in our destination countries. Great option for short trips overseas. I really liked that we had a US phone number to leave with relatives, making it easy for them to reach us. The only negative is that the minimum recharge amount is $25, so we were left with a bit of money on the card at the end of the trip. It would have been perfect if there had been $10 and $15 options.

i had a problem with my sim card, and ended up having to return it. OneSim turned the order around very quickly. Sadly, there seems to be a problem in Canada with the Telus network

The only reason I'm not giving OneSIM Card 5 stars is that I found their web site confusing and setting up my account for the first time wasn't easy. However, once you're set up, it works great. Just pop the SIM into your phone when you arrive in EU. Saves $$ as well.

I just received my sim card plus in the mail, a few days earlier than expected. I like the fact that the sim card can be "popped out" in whatever size is needed, or popped back in to switch phones. Also the website has good video tutorials that helped me get started. I also like the website which has my personal account that gives instant updates to how much money is left for calls or texts. Plus, there are several ways to recharge the account. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I haven't used it yet for travel and can't give a full evaluation.

I have been using it in a few countries and so far the card always worked. I think some of the fares could be improved, but I think it is a very good option for those travelling abroad.

I am quite impressed with my OneSimCard. I am on a year of intentional travel as a Thomas J Watson fellow, and already having visited three countries to study rivers and planning to visit five more, I am very satisfied with my OneSim. I have yet to lose service anywhere, and though calling can cost a bit depending on the region, it is well worth having a card that guarantees phone service and doesn't require changing cards at every border. I think it is also a comparable fee, and its reliability takes the cake. I am studying rivers to have a pretty solid case on my phone to keep it watertight and thats another reason I really like the OneSimCard where I don't ever have to open my case and change the card. In five words: minimal fuss and excellent services. One thing I would encourage them to do is make it possible to activate data roaming in a pinch without requiring internet, though everything else is all ups to this company. Thanks.

After dumping AT&T after 25 years because they treated me very badly, I needed to have mobile service while traveling overseas. My new carrier only offered service in Canada and Mexico and not in Europe. I was on a cruise, and the WiFi service was completely unreliable. So my OneSimCard was very helpful. It worked every time we got close to shore. They offer many flexible packages and the SIM will continue to work forever as long as you use it once every two years. They have a Discount Data Package, which gave me a LOT of extra data for only $25.00. I had to contact Tech support several times for some minor issues, and they were very responsive. Very good experience with this company.
