QR code couldn’t be delivered on time. I should buy another sim

I bought the sim to.use in USA and Mexico. I arrived in Mexico and it didn't work I ended up having to buy another sim

The code took too long to arrive

Never got my sim in my email Try to contact support and never got an answer Felt like a scam.

He did not work with me in Saudi Arabia, it was a bad experience

Couldn't get esim to work in Vietnam, desperately bought another one from Onesim - same issue, wouldn't register on network. Bought another from a different provider and it worked straight away. 2x money wasted, happy to provide details of other provider if anyone wants it

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I have no idea what went wrong, but you charged me for an eSIM you never delivered (refund email sent for order 18807). I sent an email for help on 31 Mar that was never answered. Customer experience doesn’t get much worse than that unless you burn my house down.

Couldn’t even install card as QR code issued was invalid.
