Stole my money. I complained when they told me I could not send an nft I had previously exported back to my OneOf wallet to sell. Their response? Remove my payment method and cancel the withdrawal of my remaining cash. No way to withdraw now so they effectively stole it. Thieves!

They will gladly take your money without many questions, but it's close to impossible to withdraw it. I heard stories about people managing to get their money but after a couple of months im still unable to do so
