Brilliant! I had two desktops that were not behaving properly. OneClick worked on both computers over the internet. They kept in touch with me over the phone. One computer wouldn't get web pages and the other was running hot and then would stop working. OneClick got both computers running properly again. Thank you, Kevin, Jai and Steffi.
