They are an online store but do not let you return/exchange items unless they are defective or damaged, meaning they will not return/exchange the item if it does not fit or the quality of the item is horrendous. If you do manage to get store credit they will take 20% off of your refund to cover their own losses. This is a dishonest and unprofessional way to run a business so be wary of this company.
