Ondecksports.com…Great Service
Doing business with Ondecksports.com has been a pleasing experience. After ordering a sports team product from OnDeckSports.com it arrived with a problem that was caused either by the manufacturer or the vendor they used. The customer service experience I encountered was unbelievable as Maya, the service agent there took care of this problem so efficiently. With her help I received a replacement for the defective product originally sent to me. Maya kept me in the loop as to what and when things were happening in the process took away any anxiety that normally happens while waiting for answers. Customers using Ondecksports.com will find that they are an outstanding company to do business with.
