I am beyond grateful to OMNI Financial and specially to Richard Monsalve and his staff ! for helping me have another chance to at brand new start in life. A little less than a year ago we started the process to help me and my former husband get our IRS figured out. I've given up hope that I could ever get a new beginning in life as a single mom or be let out of a financial hole so deep. Both my former husband and I were worried how this would affect not just ours, but ultimately our daughter's life opportunities in the future as a domino effect financially. With my complete trust and cooperation, I sent all the paperwork requested, answered all questions needed right away and patiently waited knowing that OMNI was on it doing their work. TRUSTING them was key, and (yes I prayed a lot too :)) Mr. Monsalve and his staff were so diligent and quick to reply with any questions I had. They were patient and I felt "understood" and SAFE. Last month, I felt like I came back to life with a new beginning on hand! I received the official letter from the IRS stating that they have accepted our offer and I was cleared of over 6 figure debt. No words came except tears... a lot of it and GRATITUDE for knowing that trusting OMNI Financial and prayers help got me through this. THANK YOU Richard Monsalve and staff of OMNI FINANCIAL!!! Janet Mould at Omni was great! I owed the IRS about $63,000 in taxes and penalties, but wasn't eligible for an "Offer in Compromise" due to assets I was having trouble liquidating. Another company had previously charged me twice as much as Omni, but had only managed to get an IRS payment plan arranged for me. Janet came along and immediately negotiated away $12,937 in IRS penalties, and that helped a lot. She was also easy to reach by phone, text, or email anytime I had a question, and that made me feel a lot better.
