My experience with Omni Logistics has been extremely disappointing. I was expecting delivery of a large shipment that arrived at the local terminal in South Carolina, less than an hour from my home. Despite the shipment being at the local facility for more than a week, no delivery was scheduled and no one could provide a clear explanation for the delay. I contacted Omni Logistics multiple times seeking an update. Each time, I was told that the main office was unable to obtain information from the local terminal responsible for the final delivery. As a customer, it is difficult to understand how a logistics company cannot communicate with its own local facility. The most frustrating part has been the lack of ownership and accountability. Instead of receiving answers, I was repeatedly told that they were still trying to reach the terminal. Meanwhile, the shipment remained sitting locally with no confirmed delivery date and no meaningful updates. Delays can happen, and most customers understand that. What is much harder to accept is the lack of communication, transparency, and urgency in resolving the issue. I hope Omni Logistics improves coordination between its offices and provides customers with better visibility and support when delivery problems occur.
