Don’t use OmniKey
In my opinion, OmniKey is not a good management company and are ethically questionable. My agreement with them was that they would notify me if a vendor they sent would cost over $350. They sent one for $1,100. When I complained, they only refunded $750 “because we are allowed $350”. I said, no, had you informed me I would have not authorized the expense thus costing me zero. I canceled my contract with them. Sometime later they discovered a utility bill for $132 they forgot to bill me for which I refused to pay as partial reimbursement. Of course, they sent it to collections. Outside of this incident, their response times to issues was slow, they are difficult to get a hold of, just overall a poor experience. I recommend searching elsewhere for property management.
