I had worked for an organization that uses this company for a pension plan service. I had stopped working for the company almost a year ago. today I recieved plan information from OMERS. literally almost a year after I stopped working for the company that uses OMERS. a year. it took them a year to reach out to me. tht's VERY poor service. their menu system is a joke, they advertise they're in Toronto, ON but in reality they're in the US. poor representation. don't recommend.
