I was very please with the detailed analysis chart which displayed the various sources of obtaining the amounts of EPA/DHA required to achieve adequate omega-3. In addition to knowing my current omega-3 status, knowing exact shortfall was valuable in determining which foods, how much, and how often required on a weekly bases.

Good. Quick service. I appreciated the emails that kept me updated on the progress of my test. My results are easy to access and the level of detail gives you enough to make informed choices towards improving the vitamin D index. It’s important to retest to check progress. So I will do it again in about six months time.

This test is easy to do. The results came in less than a week and explained so I know what to do to get health benefits. The online calculator tells me how much EPA+DHA I need for heart health long-term. It’s actionable info, and easy to understand.
