Catherine German Ideal Realty agent…
Catherine German Ideal Realty agent Sequim Washington was seller's agent. We were the out of state buyers. She never updated pictures on realty websites (think Zillow, for instance) to reflect actual appliances we would be getting. Owner replaced updated stainless steel refrigerator with old, white one with door on the wrong side. Pictures never reflected this and no disclosure saying a switch was made. She took down the front gate and didn't leave the hardware so we could put it back up.
