Received the package in perfect condition. However when I opened the manufacturers box one lens was not seeded properly in the frames. Attempted to call the number given to ask what to do and the number provided was not a working number. Attempted to send an email to complain and the email address was unknown. I then went to Amazon and purchased $20 cheaper and was delivered in 2 days in perfect condition.

They are not really polarized. They are not wide enough for “large” heads. They are made of cheap plastic.

I am still waiting for the delivery. I have emailed a request for action and received no response. I expect some action, either a delivery or a refund!

I never received the product. The tracking number says it was delivered but I received nothing.

Despite the “adjustable” nose pads, the glasses sit so far away from your face, there is an internal glare and reflection. The chirality of the lens molecules are plolarized, however the internal reflection makes the glasses unwearable unless you are directly facing the light source. Aka the sun

I broke my original pair of sunglasses from you so I was advised by you to pay $19.95 for the insurance which I did and you would replace them . 3-4 weeks has passes and no sunglasses. I tried calling and that don't work. What is the problem?
