Fast delivery but they shouldn’t have bothered. The ring is a piece of junk. Don’t waste your money

Terrible quality. Sharp edges - not the sleek look they promise in the advert - it does not look at all as advertised. I doubt the magnets are even magnets and the gold colour is horrible. The photos used in their advert on Instagram show photographs of Jennifer Anniston and another female celebrity holding their hand up to show they wear the ring. I wish I had done better home homework as those photographs have been taken from the Oura ring advertising campaign. The only way to get a refund is to send the item back to China, at your own expense, using tracked international postage - and then can you trust them to actually admit receiving it ? I doubt it. I am furious and hoping this review saves others from wasting their money also

My wife bought a pair of rings, one for each of us, the ring was quite attractive and I was excited to receive it, unfortunately I was unable to fit the ring on any finger, initially on my small finger which was uncomfortable and then my wedding ring finger which required expanding the ring to the point that I could slide it off through the gap as it was so wide, this also meant the magnets did not make a good connection to the skin. Upon trying to return the ring we discovered it need to be returned at our cost to China, in my view the item is not fit for purpose. I was also unable to establish how to add a review to their website which makes me question the authenticity of these reviews, I would not recommend this product or company.

I ordered this ring in gold. It came in mail after a month and its a tarnished gold not gold. Very very thin. Im very disappointed. Was looking forward to a ring like the photos. I highly doubt it works like it says either.

I received my ring yesterday. It arrived quite fast. I can't comment on it's benefits yet. Ring looks so different to what is advertised. I must say I am not a fan of sharp edges and it looks quite cheap. 2 out of 4 magnets were fully covered in excess glue. I emailed my complaint to Olux today so lets see how it goes. Wish me good luck!

Kann mich den Aussagen nur anschliessen. Völlige Abzocke, Ring lässt sich kaum verkleinern, billiges Material, ob das dann noch mit den Magneten funktionieren soll, ist fraglich…nicht kaufen. War totaler Spontankauf und hätte hier die Rezensionen lesen müssen

An empty envelope arrived with no ring inside. The envelope had not even been sealed so it’s either fallen out in transit or it wasn’t even packed in the first place. I have messaged and emailed dozens of times with photos, with no positive outcome. Issue on going. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely awful. No ring, no money!

This cheap ring cut my finger. Unfortunately after the 30 days, so no refund. It's a cheap piece of junk and the company won't even acknowledge that it injured me. DO NOT BUY!!!
