Calmness NecklaceReviews of oluxring.com

Total scam - don’t waste your money. The ring is processed immediately but the return is non existent!! You have to pay for postage and then it’s held at customs- no doubt to go over the time threshold so no refund!! Don’t bother! These scams need to be stopped

Total waste of money and time. The materials tarnish. Didn't work for me, I'm afraid.

Rings do not look like they do in the website images. They are cheap and not worth the money. Returns have to go back to China despite there being a UK return address on the packaging. AVOID!!!!

Absolute rubbish, can purchase the same ring for £2 on temu! Stay clear of this company. Very cheap product not at all as advertised on the website

Awful. I bought the ring and was so pleased with it I opted for the bracelet as a follow up purchase. Dreadful. Nothing like the quality of the ring. Scuffed, dented and not even the same colour. Sent a request for a refund within minutes of opening the package just delivered. It took them 17 days to reply to the email. And money is only refunded within 30 days, and item must be sent tracked back to some factory in China. Like that is going to happen given our postal service these days. £50 down the drain. Don’t go near this company with a 10 foot pole. Absolute junk and terrible customer service.

Would prefer to put a zero. No reply after multiple attempts to return the piece of junk ring I received. Total scam.

Didn’t respond to requests for return. Their ‘guarantee’ is a joke.

SCAM !!! SCAM !!! SCAM !! Stay away from this company and any products they sell. I tried to cancel and noone replies. 72 euros down the drain. It's not at all what it looks like online, there are no instructions or how to use the ring. It's not what was advertised. They do not reply to comments. It's a total black hole. I will never buy another thing from Facebook.
